Why you should keep your real estate marketing gurus close at hand?

In a globalized world and a gig economy, it’s easy enough to hire a real estate marketing crew that’s in, say, Oregon or India. Thousands of miles away. Indeed, the definition of the office is transforming. More and more businesses are warming to the idea of telecommuting employees and open workspaces. No longer do your employees need to be tethered to their desks — if you even have employees at all. Like many of us, outsourcing work — online marketing work in particular — is becoming the norm.

That’s fine, of course. We outsource some of our work, too. Sometimes it makes sense. But when it comes to the people running your entire real estate marketing strategy, crafting your web design and manifesting your brand all over the web, it might be a good idea to work a bit closer with them than you normally would.

That’s been our experience at TREM Group. We’re located right in Coconut Grove, and our South Florida clients love stopping by for a cup of coffee or meeting us on Miami Beach for lunch to talk about their online marketing presence. It’s one thing to get to know somebody’s brand based on their graphic design and mission statement. It’s another to meet our clients face-to-face, giving us a deeper understanding of who they are and the message they want to share with the world.
